These are 2" Velcro strips sold in two pairs.  In the pair are included both the hook and loop strips.

These Velcro strips are designed to withstand being inside a car, parked outside for a calendar year in Chicago.

They have an application temperature effective range from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
